1. What data we process

• Telegram account data — user ID, name and username, needed for the bot to work and to link your subscription.
• Task content — messages, files and voice recordings you send to the bot to get a task done. These are used solely to complete your request.
• Payment data — processed by a certified payment provider. We never receive or store bank card numbers; we only see the payment status.

2. How we use the data

• To carry out your tasks and deliver results.
• To track your subscription and the amount of tokens used.
• For support and resolving payment disputes.

3. Sharing with third parties

Data is not sold or shared with third parties, except for technically necessary services: the payment provider (processing payments), AI model providers (processing task text), and hosting infrastructure. Each of them receives only the minimum data required.

4. Storage and deletion

Data is stored for the duration of the subscription and a reasonable period afterward. Upon request, we delete a user's data and task history — reach out to support via the GasBuild Telegram bot.

5. Security

We apply technical and organizational safeguards: encrypted communication channels, restricted data access, and isolation of user projects from one another.
